She stressed the loyalty of the Armed Forces in defending sovereignty and supporting public security tasks and caring for the population in the event of disasters.

“The Mexican Armed Forces have loyally accompanied the people of Mexico in this phase of our history. They have always fulfilled their primary tasks: defending the sovereignty, integrity and independence of our nation, helping to guarantee public safety, assisting the civilian population in the event of disasters and in the development of the nation,” she said.
