Tulum, Q.R. — Another person has been found dead inside a Tulum accommodation. The unidentified man was found inside a hotel room at 9:21 a.m. Saturday.
Paramedics were requested when the man failed to respond to staff trying to wake him. Emergency 9-1-1 was notified of the deceased man found inside the hotel at kilometer 6 of the Tulum-Boca Paila highway.
The unresponsive male was found by hotel staff. He is reported to have been a checked-in guest of the hotel. Local authorities have not commented on the incident. His official age, nationality and cause of death are unknown.
On Saturday morning in a separate incident, the bodies of two young Americans were found inside a Tulum vacation property. They are believed to have died a drug-related death.
