Cancun, Q.R. — A man wanted in six countries for child pornography was returned to the state of Quintana Roo Saturday. The capture was made by local FGE authorities in collaboration with National Guard and the FGE of Sonora.

According to police, Víctor Noé “N” had a total of 14 complaints against him for grooming children for sexual purposes through video game apps. Authorities say he had two complaints filed against him in Mexico (one in Quintana Roo and one in Veracruz), seven in Spain, two in Argentina, one in Colombia, one in Venezuela and one in the United States.
Víctor Noé “N” was escorted inside the Cancun airport Saturday night after being arrested on an outstanding warrant from San Luis Río Colorado, Sonora “for his alleged involvement in acts that may constitute the crime of human trafficking in the form of child pornography,” police said.
His arrest, they said, stemmed from an investigation following a complaint from the U.S. Homeland Security Investigations Attaché.
“The aforementioned complaint was filed by a victim of approximately eight years of age who was groomed for sexual purposes by the suspect through a video game on an app in which he posed as another child, soliciting sexually explicit material.

“Víctor Noé “N” has eight reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in the United States allegedly for inciting, receiving and sharing child sexual abuse material,” police said.
Initial investigations into this case point to 14 victims, two of which are in Mexico.
In the case of the victim from Quintana Roo, the local FGE office was able to locate her thanks to intelligence, technological and office work, integrated into the corresponding investigation, which led to the location of the now detained person.

“Víctor Noé “N” was also being investigated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of the United States, the National Police of Spain, the Cybercrime Section of Málaga and AMERIPOL, as well as by the National Police of Colombia, the National Gendarmerie of Argentina, the Specialized Prosecutor’s Unit for Computer Crimes and Contraventions of the Public Ministry of the City of Buenos Aires and the Computer Crimes Investigation Division of Venezuela,” the Quintana Roo FGE reported.
It was the Attorney General’s Office (FGE) of the State of Quintana Roo that was able to determine the true identity of the suspect, proceeding to obtain his location and the corresponding arrest warrant.

Following his capture and the completion of all legal procedures, Víctor Noé “N” was transferred to Quintana Roo by agents of the Investigative Police and placed at the disposal of local authorities. He is currently being held in the Social Reintegration Center (Cereso) of Benito Juárez in Cancun.
Police did not say where he was initially arrested that lead to his transfer back to the state of Quintana Roo.
