Puerto Aventuras, Q.R. — A man who was working inside the roof of the Super Chedraui in Puerto Aventuras has fallen nearly six meters.
The man was installing a network system inside the roof when he fell. Reports say he failed to correctly secure his safety harness, and when he slipped, he fell to the floor.
Civil Protection arrived to investigate the work area, while paramedics were also on site. The injured worker was rushed to hospital with severe head trauma. There is no word on his condition.
