Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Paramedics responded to the call for help after a man suffered a heart attack while driving. The incident happened around 2:00 p.m. when the man was driving with his wife and young son along Lilis Avenue in Playa del Carmen.
The middle aged man tried to pull over, telling his wife he did not feel well. Moments later, he suffered a heart attack. Paramedics arrived but were unable to do anything. He was pronounced on scene.
