Cartel member known for making drones with explosives arrested at Mexico City Airport

Mexico City, Mexico — The Office of the Attorney General of the Republic (FGR) says they have arrested a cartel member known for making drones with explosives. In a press release, the FGR out of Mexico City reported the arrest of three men from the Cartel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CJNG).

Their arrests were the result of an anonymous complaint for the sale of weapons in Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico. On September 23, agents of the Federal Public Ministry obtained arrest warrants. One of those warrants was for José H.

On November 19, elements of the Federal Ministerial Police, in conjunction with the National Intelligence Center (CNI), completed the arrest warrant against José H in the vicinity of the Mexico City International Airport. He was transferred to the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the State of Guanajuato.

Simultaneously, two other cartel members, Abraham “M” and Luis “H” were also arrested.
