Cancun, Q.R. — Two people were injured Thursday in a two car crash in Cancun. Both vehicles received a significant amount of damage after one car invaded the lane of another.
Early information reported the driver of a private car was responsible for causing another car to hit the front of an oncoming taxi. The cab ended up crashing into the base of a concrete pole in middle of the street median.
Both wrecked cars blocked most of Nichupté Avenue until Transit Police were able to sort out the mess. Two people were transferred to Cancun hospital with undetermined injuries.
