Cancun, Q.R. — Residents in SM 226 of Cancun reported finding the body of an adult male laying on a dirt road Sunday morning. Quintana Roo Police were sent to the Centenario Avenue scene in response to the 7:30 a.m. discovery.
A male was located laying face down on a dirt road. His hands had been bound with metal handcuffs. His feet had been tied. A handwritten narco message was left on a piece of cardboard on his back. Authorities did not provide details as to what the message read.
An ambulance was called, however, paramedics only confirmed his death. Investigators were part of the arriving team of authorities who began to collect evidence before the medical examiner removed the body.
