Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Q.R. — The body of a man was discovered Friday in black bags on a dirt road of Felipe Carrillo Puerto. The body was found tossed along the side of the road that leads to the town of Señor.
Area residents made the discovery Friday around 9:00 a.m. and called 911 to report what they saw. Elements of the Municipal Preventive Police (PMP) arrived to verify the finding. Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) was eventually called to remove the body.
Police have not commented publicly on the finding.
