Chetumal, Q.R. — A man who returned to his car after a morning of mall shopping found a snake entangled in the rim of his wheel. Paul N said he was shopping inside Plaza Las Américas when he came back and saw the large snake.
When he came back, he approached his car from the passenger’s side. At first glance, he assumed the odd shape to simply be wind blown garbage, but upon a closer look, he realized it was a live snake.
He said the snake had a lump in its body, almost as though it has just finished eating. He quickly took out his phone and began to video the unusual central city incident. He also called authorities to remove it. The snake eventually untangled itself from his rim and slithered away in the mall parking lot.
