Cancun, Q.R. — Two men who were caught with a kidnapped victim have been arrested. Quintana Roo Police have jailed 46-year-old Moises “N” and 27-year-old Eliud “N” for the kidnapping and torture of an unnamed victim.
The pair were arrested from a Cancun home Wednesday after an undercover agent, who was feigning as part of their group, made the 911 call for assistance. Police arrived at the location believed to be a safehouse where the informant told officers that three men were inside and that one of them was tied up.
Cancun police proceeded to enter the home where they located the bound man and arrested the other two from inside. The victim was a mototaxi driver who had been kidnapped from SM 201 the day before.
