Cancun, Q.R. — Two of the four people arrested in Cancun over the weekend for drug possession had outstanding warrants in other Mexican states.
The Attorney General of the State of Quintana Roo reported that on Sunday, four people were arrested as a result of a search conducted by the Ministerial Police into drug trafficking. The house, which was located in SM 93 of Cancun, was inspected in compliance with a search warrant.
Those arrested inside the home were Ramses N, Candelario N, Jesus N and Carlos N. Police found that Jesus N had an outstanding arrest warrant from the state of Tamaulipas, while Carlos N had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by a judge in Quintana Roo.
