Playa del Carmen, Q. R. — Elements of the Solidaridad Secretariat of Public Security secured three subjects in possession of 120 bags of narcotics and five cartridges. The trio were taken into police custody from Fifth Avenue Tuesday morning.
According to a statement from Seguridad Pública Solidaridad, patrolling officers came upon the three exchanging bags of what was believed to be narcotics. During a physical inspection of 21-year-old Ricardo “N” from Chiapas, 25-year-old Roberto “N” from Honduras and 31-year-old Mauricio “N” from Oaxaca, police located bags of marijuana, hash, crystal meth, powdered cocaine and LSD along with five bullets, which are also illegal to possess in Mexico.
