Cancun, Q.R. — A young motorcyclist was admitted to the General Hospital of Cancun after being involved in an auto accident on Laki’n avenue. The accident occurred at 8:20 p.m. when the occupant of a white truck was traveling along Laki’n when he hit the motorcyclist.
Neighbors of the Paseos del Mar subdivision came to the aid of the young man, who had allegedly been knocked unconscious after witnesses say the impact threw him two meters. Paramedics transferred the injured man, Jesús N, to hospital.
The driver of the truck was arrested and placed at the disposal of ministerial authorities. The status of the motorcyclist remains unknown.
