Playa del Carmen, Q.R. –Police from the Ministry of Public Security secured two subjects, a firearm and a magazine of ammo along with a stolen car. The two were jailed Saturday night when police located them after the report of armed men.
After a brief pursuit, the officers blocked their way on CTM Avenue in the Luis Donaldo Colosio neighborhood where they were arrested after a search revealed the gun.
Taken into custody was 33-year-old Abraham N and 29-year-old Juan N. Police also verified that the car they were driving, a gray Chevy Aveo, was reported stolen from a Playa del Carmen residence in October of this year.
