Cancun, Q.R. — A young man who met potential buyers for his motorcycle ended up shot to death in a Cancun parking lot. On Thursday night, the owner of the bike met with the potential buyers after advertising his bike for sale on social media.
Witnesses told police it was around 9:00 p.m. when the group met. The young man quickly realized the potential buyer was actually there to steal his bike. During a struggle to prevent his motorcycle from being stolen, he was shot.
Emergency personnel arrived at the parking lot in SM 512 to find the man dead and the bike gone. Cancun police have not announced any arrests.
