Oaxaca, Oaxaca — Two dogs were captured in the municipality of San Martín Mexicapan after they were seen carrying human body parts. The incident was recorded by several area residents who made the reports to police.
The two street animals were wandering the neighborhood with human remains in their mouths. The stray dogs were seen feeding from a bag left behind on a street. When police arrived, they saw one dog with a human arm and the other with a hand.
Both animals were captured and the body parts retrieved. Personnel from the Oaxaca Prosecutor ‘s Office also arrived on scene while the municipal police cordoned off the area.
Last month, a dog in Zacatecas was videoed walking down a public street in the municipality of Monte Escobedo with a human head in its mouth.
