Mexico City, Mexico — The Attorney General’s Office in Mexico City has reported the extradition of three males wanted by U.S. authorities in different states.
They report one man, René R, was arrested and extradited to the United States where he was wanted by a Oakland County Michigan court for the crime of sexual abuse. René R was transferred to the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) by federal police who handed him over to US marshals.
A second man, Pedro R. was arrested by federal police personnel in San Andrés Tuxtla, Veracruz after being found wanted by the Southern District Court of Florida for the crimes of criminal association to commit kidnapping and unloading a firearm during a violent act.
He was arrested and transferred to Mexico City where he was placed at the disposal of the district judge who will move forward with his extradition to the United States.
A third man, Raúl R. was arrested in the city of Chihuahua, in the state of Chihuahua for an outstanding arrest warrant by the District of Court of Colorado for drug-related crimes. He too, was taken into custody and placed before a district judge who will work on his behalf to have him extradited to the United States to face the criminal charges against him.
