Mexico City, Mexico — A suspect accused of sexually abusing two minor children has been extradited to Argentina. In compliance with the Extradition Treaty signed between Mexico and the Argentine Republic, the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), extradited a person of Argentine nationality required a Buenos Aires court.

According to the FGR, Rubén “J” was wanted for simple aggravated sexual abuse and simple sexual abuse aggravated by custody for two minors who were in his care. “In both cases, the extraditable obtained photographs and filming of said sexual acts,” the FGR said in their statement.

Subsequently, the Government of Mexico granted the extradition of the requested person to the Argentine Government after he was detained in February in Morelia, Michoacán.

The fugitive was handed over at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM), to the Argentine agents designated for his final transfer.
