Chetumal, Q.R. — The body of a dead adult male was reported to Chetumal authorities Friday. His body was seen laying on its side in a ditch along the federal highway.
Since the accident was not reported, his death is believed to be a hit and run. He was located during daylight hours along a stretch of Chetumal-Huay Pix road. It is not known exactly when he was killed.
Police were on scene around 9:00 a.m. Friday after receiving motorists reports.
