Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Q.R. — A vehicle that is alleged to have invaded an oncoming lane resulted in a deceased motorcycle driver. Felipe Carrillo Puerto emergency services were at the scene of the fatal accident Monday.
Witnesses called for help after watching the two vehicles collide on a section of highway outside the town.
According to information from the scene, the driver of a Nissan vehicle was traveling east to west on the federal184 when, according to other motorists, the driver invaded the opposite lane.
The vehicle ended up being hit head on by a motorcycle. Paramedics pronounced the 34-year-old driver of the motorcycle, Jorge “N”, dead at the scene. The driver of the Nissan was arrested.
