Felipe Carrillo Puerto, Q.R. — A Felipe Carrillo Puerto man identified as Efrain “N” was killed Wednesday morning. Neighbors called police after witnessing “hooded individuals” approach his vehicle and begin shooting.
Efrain “N” was sitting in his car outside his home in the Plan de Ayala neighborhood around 6:00 a.m. when he was shot at. Neighbors say the hooded men opened fire then ran away. The man was shot numerous times while inside his car.
Medical personnel found him alive at the scene, but he died on the way to hospital. Arrests have not made.
