Cozumel, Q.R. — A citizen report of a man jumping across the roofs of homes lead authorities to capture a male with an outstanding arrest warrant. It was around 1:00 a.m. Monday when the National Guard responded to the report of people jumping across rooftops of Pedro Joaquín Coldwell Avenue.
Elements of the National Guard arrived to find a lone male at the scene. When running his information through Platform Mexico, they were alerted to his outstanding arrest warrant for homicide.
National Guard elements proceeded to arrest 34-year-old I.T. He was processed and transferred to the Center for Social Reintegration (CERESO) for outstanding murder charges.
