Cancun, Q.R. — Four men seen exchanging bags of pot on a street with one in a ballistic vest have been arrested. Over the weekend, city police arrested Roger “N”, Seberiano “N”, Christopher “N” and Juan Carlos “N” in SM 251 after they were seen distributing bags of narcotics.
The attention of police was also caught when one of the four was noticed wearing a ballistic vest. Two of the men made a run for it when they noticed police, but were intercepted down the block and prevented from escaping.
During their arrests, police located a loaded firearm, magazine, a ballistic vest, three cell phones, 43 bags of marijuana, 41 bags of crystal meth, four backpacks and a PPT Pro radio.
