Double long semi transporting Maya Train beams to Tulum crashes through stone wall

Tulum. Q.R. — Transit police of Tulum were left with the task of dealing with a double long semi that was driven into highway vegetation. On Tuesday morning, Tulum Transit officers responded to the report of the stuck semi along a section of Tulum – Playa del Carmen highway.

According to the preliminary report, the driver of the semi was transporting beams meant for Maya Train use when he lost control and managed to drive the front of his unit through a stone wall belonging to El Jaguar park.

At the scene, the driver was helped by another trailer driver who was trying to mobilize the unit. The double long semi drove off the highway in a straight line, leaving his bed positioned on the highway without affecting traffic. There were no injuries reported.
