Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — A taxi driver from the Lázaro Cárdenas del Río union in Playa del Carmen overturned his car and abandoned it on the El Tintal highway.
Other taxi drivers arrived to help the young man from his unit. He was reportedly found without noted injuries. Several cans of alcohol were found on the ground around an open window of the overturned unit.
His toppled car was left on the roadway. Police were called to deal with the situation. An investigation into finding the driver has begun.
