Bacalar, Q.R. — A Mahahual taxi driver ended up slamming into the side tires of a dump truck in the town of Limones. Municipal Police of Bacalar who responded to the report of the accident arrived to find the two vehicles in the middle of an intersection.
Thursday morning commuters were held up since both vehicles were left blocking the road. It is not clear exactly how the taxi driver ended up ploughing into the rear set of dump truck tires.
Neither of the drivers from the involved vehicles were injured. The Mahahual taxi was left with damage to its front end. Police were on the scene for around 30 minutes dealing with the accident and clearing the area.
