Cozumel, Q. R. — A man wanted on murder charges in Tabasco has been arrested in Cozumel. The Attorney General of Quintana Roo has reported the arrest of Isaias J for homicide.
The agency says that police officers in Quintana Roo were successful in locating and arresting Isaias J due to collaboration with ministerial officials in the state of Tabasco.
Cozumel police made the arrest of Isaias J in a central neighborhood of Cozumel. Elements of the National Guard were part of the escort team that saw him board a ferry and returned to the mainland.
He has since been handed over to the ministerial police of the state of Tabasco.
