Cancun, Q.R. — The FGE continues with its investigation into the illegal burial of an Argentinian man in his garden. The body of the man was found buried in the garden of his Cancun home last week.
His girlfriend is alleged to have buried him at his request. The State Attorney General, Óscar Montes de Oca Rosales, pointed out that although the burial was at the request of the now-deceased, it was done illegally.
In a statement, he said that girlfriend of the deceased claims the man died of natural causes and that his wish was to be buried in the courtyard of one of his properties. However, one of the sons of the deceased filed a complaint about the death of his father, which began the current ongoing investigation.
Forensic personnel are determining the cause of his death, which, according to reports, was alledly from covid.
