Cozumel, Q.R. — Two Cozumel men have been arrested for an island murder that took place in late September. According to the State Attorney General’s Office, the two men were taken into police custody Tuesday “for their probable participation in the crime of aggravated homicide.”
“Specialized homicide investigators gathered evidence to demonstrate the probable participation of the now detained persons in these events and thus request the arrest warrant against him, which was carried out by agents of the Police of Investigation in coordination with elements of the Quintana Roo Police,” the FGE added.
