Cozumel, Q.R. — Cozumel Police have reported on the arrest of two men for stalking homes. In a news briefing, Policia Cozumel said they responded to several citizen reports of suspicious men in the Flores Magón neighborhood.
Elements of the Security Directorate, while on surveillance tours, receive via C5 a report by a neighborhood committee that had been alerted to the presence of two suspicious men lurking around the homes. According to the neighborhood committee, neither of the men lived in the area.
Patrolling officers proceeded to the address provided where they observed the two men stalking homes. Since they were unable to provide police “with a reason for their actions and presence,” they were detained.
