Cozumel, Q.R. — On Wednesday night, the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) shut down a massage company on the island of Cozumel. The Adolfo Rosado Salas Street business, which advertised massage services, was closed by officials.
Authorities were on site for more than an hour before finally placing a large FGE closed seal across the front of the centrally located shop. It was around 8:00 p.m. when authorities finally left the establishment.
According to preliminary information, the massage parlor was inspected after authorities were tipped off that minors were employed inside. Police have not commented publicly on the Cozumel operation.
