Cozumel, Q.R. — A Cozumel construction worker died Wednesday after falling from a second story roof. The man was working on a private home when he fell from the roof and landed on a pile of gravel.
The accident happened on Edzná Avenue Wednesday morning. Police and paramedics were notified of the accident. The unidentified worker was pronounced dead at the site.
Due to the accident, Civil Protection were called in to verify the construction project and inspect the security work conditions.
