Cozumel, Q.R. — The Secretary of National Defense (Sedena) secured eight kilos of drugs found on the rocks of Cozumel. The package was discovered Monday during a surveillance operation. According to a statement from the federal agency, the package was found in Punta Arrecifes, where military personnel, while conducting ground surveys, found a ball-shaped bundle on the shoreline.
Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) says inside was approximate eight kilos of marijuana. The insured drug was made available to the Attorney General of the Republic of the city of Cancun.
