Cancun, Q.R. — Police in Cancun were able to track down and arrest a man wanted for bank card fraud. On Friday, Quintana Roo Police located the wanted Venezuelan man using city C5 surveillance.
His black SUV was watched as it traveled several of the city’s main arteries before being intercepted in SM 100 where he was finally arrested. Taken into custody was Abisay N of Venezuela. He was wanted on allegations of fraud in the form of bank card theft.
