Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — The body of a man found dumped under a city billboard was reported Tuesday. Police confirmed the discovery in a grassy area Luis Donaldo Colosio Avenue.
Authorities were notified around 5:00 p.m. of the finding by an area resident behind the Real Ibiza subdivision. Police saw the body laying in a small divot at the base of a large billboard.
The body is believed to have been there three days before being found. Authorities are working to identify the man.
