Cozumel, Q.R. — The presence of a crocodile on a Cozumel beach had some snapping photos rather than running. The two-meter long reptile was captured by local men after it was seen wandering along the Reef Hotel beach.
The locals who captured the croc handed it over to to ecology authorities who have already released it back into the wild. It is not uncommon for crocodiles to enter beach areas either in search of food or for a place to cool off.
