The city’s Christmas Village was opened last week and has attracted thousands of local residents, however, Pablo de Zulueta says hundreds of tourists are also arriving to check out the magic of Cancun Christmas.

“Added to this are the city’s roundabouts and most recent edition, the Christmas tree in the Cancun Hotel Zone where tourists have been taking souvenir photos,” he said.

“There are many events that have been very successful for the city such as the Christmas Village where we have tourists who have visited. This is very positive for the destination and is a new addition to our Christmas tradition,” he said.
