Cancun, Q.R. — Elements of the Quintana Roo Police report the detainment of three people in Cancun found in possession of drugs.
The arrests came after a routine police surveillance tour in SM 259 of the city came upon the trio drinking alcoholic beverages on a public roadway. When interviewing and inspecting the three, police found the female carrying cocaine and the two males carrying marijuana.
Arrested were José Alberto, 23, Irvin Antonio, 20, and Claudia Vanesa, 23. All three were transferred to the Quintana Roo police facilities where they were held for the corresponding authorities.
