Police seize narcotics and vehicles as part of three property Cozumel search

Cozumel, Q.R. — Vehicles and narcotics were seized after Investigative Police Agents searched Cozumel homes. In a press release from the State Attorney General’s Office, three homes were searched which lead to the arrest of one person.

Police were assisted by elements from the Secretariat of National Defense, the Navy, National Guard and Municipal Police while executing three search warrants. The searches of two buildings were conducted in the San Miguel 1 neighborhood, while the second took place in the neighborhood of Adolfo López Mateos.

Between the three, police located narcotics (marijuana and cocaine) and two out-of-state vehicles. One woman, who has not been identified, was arrested from the Adolfo López Mateos location.
