Cancun, Q.R. — Cancun paramedics pronounced a man on scene early Monday after skidding on his motorcycle. Medics were sent to an intersection along Chac Mool Avenue after other motorists saw the accident.
Emergency 911 sent an ambulance and police to the 4:50 a.m. scene in SM 215 where paramedics said they were unable to do anything for the man. Police were tasked with attempting to identify the victim since he was without any form of identification.
According to the Traffic Police report, the driver of the bike simply lost control and skidded, which caused his death. It is not clear exactly how the driver lost control of his bike since the roads were dry and he was on a straight stretch.
