Locals offered discounts on remaining Andrea Bocelli tickets for Playa del Carmen show

Playa del Carmen, Q.R. — Tenor Andrea Bocelli is scheduled to perform at the Playa Maroma Beach Club in Playa del Carmen. The event is scheduled to take place February 26. The beach club, which has been recognized as one of the best in the world by Travel Channel, will host the event starting at 8:30 p.m.

The city of Playa del Carmen has announced a discount for state residents with identification who make their purchases in person. The reserved tickets for locals was arranged by the Government of Quintana Roo and the Municipality of Solidaridad.

The city says discounts can be up to 25 percent if the tickets are purchased at the physical points of sale, which will start January 19. In Cancun, tickets can be made in person at Luxury Avenue Boutique Mall, located at kilometer 13.5 of the Cancun Hotel Zone and the Marina Business located in front of the Hiromi restaurant at the Puerto Cancun Shopping Center.

In Playa del Carmen, tickets can be purchased at the module that will be located in the Municipal Palace on 20th Avenue between 8th and 10th Streets, or on Juárez Avenue and Fifth Avenue next to the bus terminal.

Quintana Roo residents will also be able to save 10 percent if the purchase is made through the Funticket customer service lines 55 6350 5545 or 55 4416 2867, mentioning the promotion code ABQROO or entering the same promotional code when purchasing tickets online at Funticket.mx.

Companies Music Vibe and Global Pear are in continuous communication with the local and federal authorities in charge of safeguarding the health of the attendees, as well as the staff that will work the event.

Andrea Bocelli will start singing at 8:30 p.m. with a show lasting close to three hours, which will be divided into two segments, including a set that will include a duet with his son Mateo Bocelli.

More than 80 orchestral musicians will be on stage accompanying Bocelli.
