Cozumel, Q. R. — Loaded weapons, drugs, ammo and vehicles were seized from a Cozumel home over the weekend. The State Attorney General’s Office reported on the seizure of the items after a search in the Caribe subdivision.
Police searched the home after the report a physical assault and gun fire in the residential area. Upon arrival, members of the Coordination Group for the Construction of Peace and Security in Quintana Roo carried out a thorough review.
At the home, agents seized three firearms, magazines, extra ammo, two cars and a variety of narcotics. They did not report on the man who was seen physically assaulted.
