Cancun, Q.R. — A resident tossing their morning garbage discovered the dismembered body of a man inside a dumpster. The finding was made Friday morning around 7:00 a.m.
As they approached the dumpster, the area resident noticed “something protruding”. A closer inspection revealed a human limb. Police were sent to the scene along Calle Girasoles in SM 248 where they confirmed that what was found was that of a man’s body.
The body was reportedly dismembered and placed inside a suitcase, which was placed inside the dumpster. A criminal threat message was also found accompanying the body at the scene. Police have not provided details as to what exactly the hand written message read, however, reports say the message was directed toward a state prison director.
The area was secured while authorities collected evidence and medical personnel arrived to remove the remains.
