Chetumal, Q.R. — A body tape-wrapped in a black plastic bag was found early Wednesday on a dirt road. The body was located on a road that leads to the irregular residential area of Fraternidad Antorcha Campesina in the suburbs of Chetumal.
Someone using the road saw the wrapped body and made the 911 report. When police arrived, they found the body and an attached note. On top, a brief handwritten message had been left stabbed to the body with a pair of scissors. The message read “for those who steal land.”
The body has been reported that of lawyer Jorge “S”, who, in 2015, served as an agent of the Public Ministry attached to Investigation Units I, II and VIII and to the Collaboration Unit.
