Cancun, Q.R. — Cancun firemen saved the life of a woman who was trapped in her vehicle after hitting a large dump truck. The accident happened Friday afternoon along Acro Vial in Cancun.
Reports say the two vehicles collided due to lack of attention by the female driver when she invaded the oncoming lane, resulting in the crash that left her trapped in the driver’s seat. The 3:50 p.m. accident was attended to by police and firemen who worked to free the woman from behind the steering wheel.
The front driver’s side of the car was completely destroyed, while the dump truck sustained less damage. The woman was initially helped by passersby who called for help. She was eventually freed from her car and transferred to hospital.
