Cancun, Q.R. — A Cancun truck driver ended up crashing head-on into a city electric pole after a moment of bad calculations combined with sudden rain.
The crash caused a bit of traffic mishap during the 11:00 a.m. collision along José López Portillo where the vehicle hit the base of a CFE light pole, leaving it to hover with an extreme lean. The 25-year-old truck driver from Yucatan is covered by insurance, which will see the repair of the vehicle and city light pole.
He was not injured in the mishap.
