Cancun, Q.R. — The General Prosecutor of the State of Quintana Roo reports that Ministerial Police carried out a search warrant in a mechanical workshop where they located several vehicles that were reported stolen.
In a press release, la Fiscalía General del Estado de Quintana Roo says elements from
Robo de Vehículos y Transporte made the mechanic shop search in SM 69 of the city where they located several chopped up vehicles that had been previously reported as stolen.
Policías Ministeriales reported finding three whole vehicles and seven partially dismantled vehicles they say were stolen from city streets for their parts. The chop shop was coordinated off and the vehicles inside seized while authorities further their investigation.
