Bacalar, Q.R. — The Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) has opened a branch for the municipality of Bacalar. The new AMPI office was inaugurated Friday in the town of Bacalar.
The branch’s president, Irving Jesús Osorio Padilla, was sworn in Friday to head the office and municipal real estate sales. Karim Antonio Oviedo Ramírez who is the National President of Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI), says the branch was created due to increase real estate interest in the area.
Bacalar Mayor José Alfredo Contreras Méndez was also at the Friday inauguration. He says the new branch will help professionalize the real estate market in Bacalar, which has become, in recent years, the epicenter of real estate operations due to its status as a tourist attraction.
AMPI Bacalar President Irving Jesús Osorio Padilla said that together with his board of directors, they are committed to ensuring commercial operations in real estate in Bacalar “are carried out with total transparency and in compliance with the legal regulations that govern the state.
“We are going to focus on training as the main axis of our activities and to call for a membership campaign,” he said.
The 2024-2025 Board of Directors of AMPI-Bacalar Section is made up of Irving Jesús Osorio Padilla, President, María de los Angeles Campos Alcocer, Vice President, María de los Angeles Rugamas López, Secretary, Santa Mariana Marín Cortés, Vice President of Treasury, Karima del Rocío Reyes Fernández, Vice President of Bolsa Inmobiliaria, Ysle Patricia Juárez Salgado, Vice President of Membership, José Luis Junion Irizzont, Vice President of Institutional Relations and Marco Antonio del Valle Meneses, Vice President of Training.
