José María Morelos, Q.R. — Marco Adriano Vázquez Calderón has been sentenced to three years in prison for failing to pay child support. He was sentenced over the weekend after failing to make any payments since 2021.
According to police, Marco Adriano Vázquez Calderón is the parent of two young children. Police say he “was found guilty after it was proven that he failed to pay child support for the minors from the first half of January 2021 until the present date.”
The State won a three-year prison sentence against Marco Adriano Vázquez Calderón. He is also ordered to pay 261,235 pesos in material damages and 10,000 pesos in moral damages.
